Fern is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure business growth and profitability for the firm’s asset services platform. He generates new business across the company’s integrated leasing and property management asset services. Additionally, he focuses on expanding the company’s services platform, with an emphasis on the growth of new and existing client relationships across service lines, asset classes and markets.

Fern joined Madison Marquette in 2019 and applies over 20 years of industry experience to his role. Previously, he served as Senior Managing Director of Portfolio Strategy for Newmark Knight Frank. He was a Manager of Business Development and Senior Financial Analyst for Strategic Accounts at CBRE. Fern began his career as a research analyst at Cushman & Wakefield. During his career, he has a track record of successfully targeting prospects by using financial data to assess and add value to client real estate assets.

Fern is a graduate of the University of North Texas. He is a member of the Innovating Commerce Serving Communities and the Urban Land Institute.
