As Director of Asset Management, Claire oversees a portfolio of office assets, forecasting financial performance, managing cash flow, and executing the business plan over the life of each investment. During her time at Madison Marquette, Claire has closed on the disposition of seven assets totaling $245 million in value.

Claire joined Madison Marquette in 2018 after completing her Master of Business Administration at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business. Previously, Claire worked in Acquisitions at Weingarten Realty Investors where she focused on financial modeling and valuations of retail assets. She holds a B.S. from the University of Texas in Math with a minor in Real Estate.
