Dani applies more than 15 years of retail and office management experience to oversee Madison Marquette’s Southern California retail portfolio.

Since joining the firm in 2017, she has successfully managed a wide variety of Los Angeles area properties. Examples of these diverse locations include: District La Brea, the creative hub of retail and dining experiences along iconic La Brea Avenue; Pasadena Plaza on Colorado Boulevard; One Westside Shopping Center in Sawtelle; Melrose Avenue Shopping in West Hollywood; Midtown Crossing shopping center in Mid-City; Tarzana Village Walk on Ventura Boulevard, and 501 Shatto Place office building in Wilshire Center. Additionally, she has played a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s West Coast business development and leasing strategies in collaboration with company executives.

While at CBRE and JLL, she managed the Rodeo Drive and Burbank Town Center and an office tower on Avenue of the Stars adjacent to Westfield Century City.

Dani is an award-winning property manager. She earned multiple TOBY Awards presented by the Building Owners and Managers Association for excellence in building management and operations. These awards included a 2017 retail TOBY, 2018 retail TOBY for the Pacific Southern West Region, 2018 retail TOBY for Tarzana Village Walk and, the retail 2019 TOBY for District La Brea.
