Jon is responsible for supporting the company’s national brokerage platform. He provides market intelligence, strategic forecasts, and insight to deliver effective, competitive, and successful intelligence and analytics to clients. Jon joined Madison Marquette in 2019 and applies over 15 years of experience of working with data in finance, commercial real estate, and medicine.

Previously, Jon was a Senior Data Intelligence Analyst for CBRE. His work included teaching advanced Tableau training sessions to research peers across the company. CBRE Research featured Jon’s research presentation platforms as a Global Best Practice. Under his leadership, the intelligence team redeveloped the company’s proprietary database of lease comps and property data.

Jon currently serves as an adjunct professor of micro- and macroeconomics at Lone Star College. He is a graduate of Rice University with a B.A. in Mathematical Economic Analysis. He also obtained both an M.A. in Economics and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Houston. Jon also actively participates in philanthropic and volunteer programs.
