Josh Anderson co-leads the firm’s Capital Markets and Corporate Solutions practices, which have helped clients close more than $6 billion in equity and debt financings, acquisitions  and dispositions. For more than 18 years, Josh has been a trusted advisor to Madison Marquette’s (formerly Roseview’s) clients, helping to raise equity, restructure debt and set capital and business strategy for real estate investment and development  companies across the country and for a wide range of property types. After earning a B.A. from Harvard University, Josh began his career in the public sector, including three years in New York City government. He also earned an M.B.A. from Stanford University. Josh is a member the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Washington State Advisory Board of the Trust for Public Land.

Heather believes strongly in being an active leader in the community and has served on numerous boards and committees. Heather is an active volunteer in the International Council of Shopping Centers.
