Lee co-leads the firm’s Lemonade investment program and Corporate Solutions practice. He is a seasoned real estate professional with over three decades of experience in corporate real estate, real estate investment/development and economic development. He joined Madison Marquette following the 2019 merger with The Roseview Group, a boutique institutional real estate investment and advisory company based in Boston, where he served in the same role.
Before joining Roseview, Lee was responsible for global real estate operations at Whirlpool Corporation, managing a portfolio of over 90 million square feet across more than 900 locations worldwide. During his 27-years at Whirlpool Corporation, Lee led the development of an enterprise delivery platform that integrated all real estate, construction, workplace design, and integrated facility management activities into the company’s operational and financial strategies. He was also responsible for real estate integration activities for five major corporate acquisitions. Additionally, Lee helped lead the redevelopment of a 500-acre brownfield site in Benton Harbor, MI known as Harbor Shores into multiple residential neighborhoods, a hotel, a marina, and a Jack Nicklaus championship golf course, which opened in 2010 and has hosted multiple Senior PGA championships.
Lee earned a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. He is active in CoreNet, where he served on the global board for five years, including a term as Global Chairman. Lee is an advisor to the Board of Southwest Michigan First Corporation and is currently Commodore of the South Haven Yacht Club board of directors.
