Nigel applies over 25 years of experience with large and boutique real estate investment companies to his role in investment management for Madison Marquette. He joined the firm in 2019 following the merger of Madison Marquette and The Roseview Group, a boutique institutional real estate investment and advisory company based in Boston.

Nigel’s diverse skill set includes acquisitions, portfolio and asset management, investment sales, and strategy development and implementation. His investment work totals over $3 billion in transactions. His experience spans multiple product types, including office, multifamily and industrial. As markets change, Nigel has demonstrated a keen ability to adapt his investment skills and strategic thinking to meet modern marketing techniques.

Before joining Roseview in 2009, Nigel worked at Colony Capital as a Managing Director responsible for acquisitions on behalf of some of the largest pension funds in the world. He was a partner in funds sponsored by General Investment and Development (GID), where he worked for over 12 years and served as Director of Office Investments and Vice President of Acquisitions. Prior to GID, he was an asset manager at Boston Financial, which became Lend Lease. Nigel began his career at AREEA Investment Advisory Services Inc., where he worked on its Sovereign Wealth Fund.

Nigel earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin, Ireland.
