Gavin leads the firm’s retail property management and leasing teams, which encompass more than 10 million square feet of retail properties across 10 markets in the United States.

He joined Madison Marquette in 2020 and applies over 19 years of real estate and leadership experience to all facets of retail operations. In addition to his retail experience, which includes ten years at Westfield Corporation managing flagship lifestyle shopping centers, Gavin has held leadership roles overseeing office and industrial portfolios.

Previously, he served as Retail Practice Leader for CBRE’s Retail Property Management business in the Americas. Under his leadership, he helped to build a fully integrated retail platform that included specialty experts and capabilities for all aspects of retail services. By aligning investor objectives with customized retail solutions, significant retail management growth, reputation and service excellence resulted. At CBRE, he also led an office and industrial portfolio of over 30 million square feet across Sacramento, Reno and Las Vegas.
